He was predeceased by: his parents, Vennis F. Campbell and Myrtle M. Campbell (Andis); his wife Linda L. Campbell (Crump); his sister Patricia A. Wright; his children, David W. Campbell, James A. Campbell, Jeffrey N. Yenowine, Leanne Woods and Lori Dethridge; and his grandchildren, Shanda Rachelle Swindle and James S. Dethridge.
He is survived by: his brother Robert D. Campbell; and his children, Robert W. "Bobby" Campbell (Amy), Ginger S. Garcia of Indianapolis and Elizabeth A. Neu (Tom) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 1 niece; 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
