We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2018, at the age of 68, Thomas O. Chapman (Greenfield, Indiana), born in Beech Grove, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Chapman; his parents, Edward Chapman and Beverly Chapman; and his children, Clint Chapman and Gail Chapman.
He is survived by: his daughter Jaime Carr of Indianapolis; his siblings, Jimmy Chapman (Martha) of Patricksburg and Jean Castaneda (Efren) of Clayton; his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Michelle, Jade and Brody; and his great grandchildren, Skylynn and Piper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
