He is survived by: his wife Haila Jane Wenger; his children, Christopher David O'Neill (Jodi), Shelbyville, Kevin Gene O'Neill (Stephanie) and Mary Katherine "Katie" Russell (Josh); his sister Linda Schwarz; his sister-in-law Janice O'Neill; his grandchildren, Theodore, Hannah (Fred), Jewell (Daniel), Caden, Brodie, Ryanne, Shaun and Bella; his great grandchild Waylon; and his nieces and nephews, Kathleen Reger (Mark), Ann Schlosser (Bill), Sheron Bowman (Glenn), Kris Ann McAninch, Patrick O'Neill, Michael O'Neill (Becky) and David Henry (Nancy).
