He was predeceased by: his father Francis Blackford. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Pauline Blackford (Reed); his daughters, Amanda Blackford (Ryan Gluys) and Tiffany Tidrow; and his grandsons, Mathew Gluys, Michael Gluys, Austin Tidrow and Jackson Tidrow. He is also survived by siblings; several nieces and nephews.
