He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Adams and Constance Adams; his sister Judith Reynolds; and his former wife Carol Adams (Heckart). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Adams (Deck); his children, Michael "Tony" Fenley, Grant, Robert, James Adams, Arlyne and Amanda Adams; his grandchildren, Kelly, Eric, Warren, Sarah, Rachal, Chase, Wyatt, Jonathan, Rylee, Seth, Levi, Lydia, Garrett and Logan; and his sister Jeannine Linder. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Riley Children's Hospital.
