She was predeceased by: her sister Teresa Andis. She is survived by: her parents, Jacob Andis and Betty Andis (Pryor) of Greenfield; her husband Lenard G. Slifer of Greenfield; her daughters, Dawn Ramey (Rich) of Greenfield and Lisa Parke (Rusty) of Wilkinson; her siblings, Diane Massie of Greenfield, Pat Smith (Terry) of Shelby County, Jenny Brewer (Jeff) of Greenfield, Doyle Andis (Tammera) of Greenfield and David Andis (Aubrey Keel) of Anderson; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Hutchens, Miranda Ramage, Tabitha Davis, Allen Ramey, Elizabeth Conley, Kayla Swift and Jacob Ramey. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
