He is survived by: his wife Patsy Burchett; his children, Theressa Ogden of Royal Oak, MI and Steven Mikesell of Bad Axe, MI; his stepdaughter Keli Ulferts of Prospect, KY; and his brothers, Jonathan Mikesell of Hazel Park, MI and Todd Mikesell of Richmond. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
