He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Epp. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Stephens of Connersville, IN, Connie Groff (Ryan) of Greenfield, IN and Chad Stephens (Lorene) of Rhode Island; his siblings, William Stephens of Naples, Florida, Patty Stephens of New Castle, IN, Connie Manlove (Morris) of Metamora, IN and Peggy Bolinger; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Laci Keck, Campbelle, Chad, Jr., Noah Stephens, Connor Stephens and Whitney Bunch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
