He was predeceased by: his father Harold Steven Eubanks; his grandparents, Thomas, Pansy Haley, Richard and Grace Eubanks; his pet Smokey; and his stepbrother Chris Shadoens.
He is survived by: his mother Thomacine Haywood (Henry); his siblings, Shannon Brooks (Phil) and Shea Eubanks (Heather); his stepmother Marrietta Eubanks; his stepbrothers, Josh Haywood (Denise), Justin Haywood and Gary Shadoens; and his aunt Kathleen Huff (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
