She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Pyles and Frances Pyles (Boring); her sons, Steven Foster and Jay Penry; her granddaughter Amanda Rae Penry; and her sister Betty Montgomery.
She is survived by: her son James W. Penry (Carol); her grandchildren, Steven W. Foster, Micki L. Foster, Whitney E. Penry, Traci L. Penry and Laura K. Penry; her great grandchildren, Altair Foster, Gabriel Grimaldo, Emily Grimaldo, Isaac Grimaldo and Madisyn Foster; and her brother Robert Pyles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
