He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Dobbs and Una Belle Dobbs (Marsh); his stepfather William Roy Friel; his siblings, William Ray Dobbs, Ralph Milton Dobbs and Helen Louise Dobbs Humphrey; his former wife Dorothy Jean Dobbs (Sutton); and his son Michael Roy Dobbs.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Wilson Dobbs; his daughter Cynthia Ann Dobbs; and his stepchildren, Susan Sievers (Larry), Sara Stuart (John), Steve Wilson (Tracy) and Sandra Wilson. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; and 6 step great-grandchildren.
