She is survived by: her husband Robert Hawkins; her mother Fannie Cole; her siblings, Tony Amburgey (Sherry), Cindi Krell, Veda Smith (Jim) and Donna Miles (Mike); her sons, Nate (Jo) and Brian Hawkins (Marissa); her grandchildren, Nichole (Bert), Eliza (Cage), Jesse, Austin, Corbin and Brianna; and her great grandchild Gracin Carter.
