She was predeceased by: her parents, Autumn Phares (Leary) and Robert Phares; her husband Bob; and her children, Katrina Burk and Greg Burk.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Burk, Richard Burk (Trina), Kevin Burk (Brenda) and Cindy Burk (Chris Low); and her grandchildren, Mike Burk Jr., Shana George, Chasiti Dusang, Cori Burk, Caili Burk, Jared Collins, Richy Burk Jr., Lorie Edwards, Adam Foster, Beth Tarplee, Mitchel Burk, Spencer Burk and Carter Burk. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
