He is survived by: his wife Sarah Mohr (Thomas) of Greenfield; his children, Andy Mohr (Michele) of Greenfield, Eric Mohr (Lisa) of Greenfield and Sarah Jo Achor (Gary) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Lane, Parker, Mckayla, Hunter, Carter, Kaden, Emma Jo, Kinzy, Halli and Hanna; and his siblings, Roy Mohr (Marilyn) of Rushville, Robert Mohr (Ann) of Simpsonville, SC, Joyce Holmes (Mike) of Greenfield and Joe Mohr (Patsy) of Greenfield.
