He is survived by: his children, Kelly Perry (Keith), Kairrie Wojtach (Robert), Falisha Skaggs and Joshua Bayne; and his siblings, Ellen Bunch, Jacqueline Hutchinson (Red), William Skaggs (Judy) and Robert Skaggs (Pam). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
