He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Sharla Hartman (Cecilia); his close friend Cecilia Hartman; his parents, Evelyn V. Hartman (Manning) and Ronald E. Hartman; and his siblings, Reed Hartman of Indianapolis and Rena Barraclough (David). He was also cherished by half-sister, Ronda Bowman, Missouri, nieces.
The family wants to thank all the friends and family who donated funds to pay for his stay in such a comfortable facility.
