He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Quilter and Ellen Quilter (Cameron); his wife Beverly Quilter (Dicks); and his siblings, David, Richie, Linda and Brenda.
He is survived by: his children, James Strohl (Amie) of Greenfield and Denise Wiese (Mark) of Morristown; his grandchildren, Mark Jr., Tiffany and Kimberly; and his brothers, Kenny Quilter, Jimmy Quilter, Larry Quilter and Lanny Quilter. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
