He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie B. Low and Opal K. Low (Pearson); his wife Mary Imogene (Morgan); his daughter Michelle Low; and his brothers, Gerald Low and Dale Low.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Low (Deby) and Steve Low; and his siblings, Charles Low (Carol) and Betty Jackson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Masks and social distancing will be required during visitation and service.
