He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest E. Shirley and Ruby Shirley (Walters). He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Scott (Sam) of Punta Gorda, FL and Kristy Robertson (Ryan) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Khailey, Savana, Lauren and Blake; and his great grandchildren, Janie and Jaycie.
