He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine "Bub" Lahr and Wilma "Billie" Lahr (Smith) of Indianapolis; his wife Rita Elaine Conway; and his sister Carole Ann. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Habig (Todd), Elaine Hanselman (Timothy), Susan Corey (Douglas) of New Palestine and Bradley Lahr (Barbara) of Ann Arbor, MI; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Christopher (Ana Somoza), Joshua Hanselman, Kaitlin, Ryan Corey and Claudia Lahr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Richard "Dick" Everett Lahr's name.
