Richard Bowen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Bowen of Greenfield, Indiana, born in Oskaloosa, Kansas, who passed away on September 26, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eli and Sara Emily Bowen (McCaslin); and his sister Joan Abercrombie. He is survived by: his wife Joannie Bowen; his daughters, Kelly Wickliff (Jay) of Woodbridge, Virginia and Elisa Bell of Greenfield, Indiana; his grandchildren, Megan Bell of Greenfield, Jonathan Wickliff (Renee) of Plymouth and Brittany LaCour (Rodney) of Corsicana, Texas; and his sister Janet Jones. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cross of Grace Lutheran Church (3519 S 600 W, New Palestine, IN 46163). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
