He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Armstrong and Ruth Armstrong (Medsker); and his brother Charles Armstrong. He is survived by: his close friend Shannon Jones (Cain); his daughter Lori Whittaker-Armstrong; his grandchildren, Dayton Cooksey (Alexis Hughes) and Majesty Whittaker; his great grandchild Mia Cooksey; and his siblings, Kenny Armstrong and Margaret Jacobs.
Funeral Service will be private, and entombment will follow at a later date at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. In keeping with state and local COVID mandates we ask that all visitors wear a mask and practice social distancing.
