With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Koch of Greenfield, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 20, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ervin Hartman; her husband Gerald Koch; and her brother Larry Hartman. She is survived by: her mother Ellanore Hartman (Koch) of Indianapolis; and her children, Jeffrey Koch (Jill Blake) of Mooreland and Sherri Koch of New Palestine.
