He is survived by: his friend Pete; his grandsons, Pete and Tony; his wife Sally; his son Bill Thompson (Holly); his grandsons, Peter Andrew Thompson and Antonio John Thompson; his stepgranddaughter Bethany Nguyen (John); his great grandchildren, Bailey and Oliver Nguyen; his siblings, Glenn Stenehjem and Julie Wisness; and his cousin Doug VanDyke (Marcia).
