He is survived by: his spouse Jenny David; his children, Paula David, Jennifer Thompson (Mike), James David (Therese), Greg David and Steven David (Pamela); and his daughter-in-law Vicki David. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two nephews and many friends.
