He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Andis and Thelma Andis (Wilson); and his stepson Fred Alton Bossard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Andis of Greenfield; his children, David Lee Andis of Eminence, IN, Timothy Curtis Bossard of Greenfield, Paula Dee Brokering of Shelbyville and Anthony Wayne Andis (Karrie) of Indianapolis; and his sister Roma Jean Crump.
