She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Welsh and Helen Welsh (Sorrell); her husband Jerry Haynes; and her sister Donna Miller. She is survived by: her children, Leigh Ann Hoffacker and Scott Haynes (Sherry); her grandchildren, Carlin Hoffacker, Kim Sassone (Tim), Amy Haynes, Luke Haynes and Emily Curtis (Nathanael); her great grandchild Lucy Sassone; her siblings, Nancy Mason (Terry), Mike Welsh and Barry Welsh; and her pet Toby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
