He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Runion and Margaret Runion (Richardson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Runion (Lingenfelter); his sons, Rex and Dwain Runion; and his grandchildren, John Runion and Rachel Runion. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
