She is survived by: her children, Bob Cook (Kathy) of Shirley, Patty Anderson (DeWayne) of Greenfield and Mark Cook (Michele) of Greenfield; her grandchildren, Jeff Cook (Mandy) of Shirley, Becky Ward (Kris) of Arlington, Amanda Kramer (Clayton) of Greenfield, Makenna Ethridge (Brian) of Greenfield, Justin Anderson (Katie) of Carmel, Erika Chase (Chris) of Chicago and Michaela Ballman of Greenfield; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Wyatt, Sami, DJ, Jaylynn, Jaxon, Cameron, Braylan, Adilynn and Brianna.
