Johnson; her husband Phil Johnson of Greenfield; her mother Pat Vogel (Adkins) of Greenfield; her brother Jim Vogel, Jr. (Terri) of Greenfield; her sons, Blake Wampler (Jeri) of Greenfield and Tyler Wampler (Regina) of Wilkinson; her stepchildren, Bryan Johnson (Jessica) of Jacksonville, FL., Lindsey Carter (Michael) of Shirley and Leslie Kern (Jim) of McCordsville; and her grandchildren, Mia, Easton, Emery, Ethan, Ellis, Chance, Colton and Hollis.
