He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard Smith and Betty Kime; his brother Bob Smith; and his former wife Janet. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jeffri Witzberger (Ashley) and Brett Witzberger (Maren); his grandchildren, Henry, Adeline and Paige; his brothers, Jim (Nell), Don (Kathy) and Dick (Cheryl); his siblings-in-law, Ray Todd (Claudia), Don Todd (Susan), Mary Ann Causey and Peri Todd; and his pet Sulle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Due to Covid 19, the family will have a private ceremony at Righteous Oaks Baptist Church which will be available on Facebook Live, Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 9:00 a. m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greenfield Hancock Animal Management where Mike volunteered.
