He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Brizendine and Jane Brizendine; and his brother Steve Brizendine. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa; his children, Adam, Ashley, Chris and Heidi; his siblings, Marcie Davis (Rick), Leah Greenwalt, Jill Reeves (Greg) and Mike Morrison; and his sister-in-law Rae Anne Adams (Tony). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
