She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncie Smith and Hanna Ethel Smith (Hann); her husband Cletus L. Meyer; and her son David Meyer. She is survived by: her children, Terry Ramsey (Dwight) and Deborah Pennington (David); her sister Wilma Jean Halstead; her daughter-in-law Sherry Meyer; and her grandchildren, Christine Franco, Jason Ramsey, Jonathan Meyer, Ryan Pennington and Cindy Abbott. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
