It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Hinton of Greenfield, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wesley and Julia Hattie Abney (Horn); her husband Merrill Hinton; her son Mark Boothby; her grandson Robert Zachary Boothby; her siblings, Jean Clark and James Abney; and her son-in-law John V. Mattingly.
She is survived by: her children, Nikki Mattingly (Robbins) and John Boothby (Candace) of Newnan, GA; her siblings, Jackie Purpura and Robert Abney; and her grandchildren, Detrie Franks (Dan), Eric Leisure (Patti) and Andi Virt (Troy). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
