With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Philip Dobbins Jr. (Greenfield, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 26, 2023 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Philip Dobbins, Sr.; and his grandparents, Harold Carbine (Florence), Donna Baldwin (Bob), John Dobbins Sr. and Madrue Grinstead (Ralph).

He is survived by: his mother Janice Carbine Miller; his stepfather Joe Miller of Seymour, Indiana; and his siblings, John Dobbins of Green Valley, Arizona, Matthew Dobbins (Rachel) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Christopher Dobbins (Adelea) of Columbus, Indiana and Sara Dobbins of Seymour, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I met Lloyd aka Flee in San Francisco when I was 18 (I’m 38). He was one of my favorite most beloved friends even though we seldom saw each other. Flee and Ruca hitch hiked to Washington to visit me 10 years ago- he said it should take a couple weeks, but it took them like 2 months to get here, because Ruca literally couldn’t walk more than a half mile per hour and nobody wanted to give a single guy and dog a ride, I guess. That memory makes me giggle and smile and I miss him so much!”
