He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Durham and Wilma Durham; his sons, David Lee Durham and Donald Gene Durham; and his brother Gerald Lee Durham.

He is survived by: his wife Meretha Jane Durham; his daughter Rene Lyn Deal (Steven); his grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Marcum, Madisen Nicole Deal (Tyler Costigan) and Alex Nathaniel Deal (Tabitha); and his great grandchildren, Gavin Eli Marcum, Hazyll Brooklyn Costigan and Oliver Maxwell Costigan.
