She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Milton Sr. and Pearl Lenora Graham (Griffith); her husband Donald Gene Hayes; her children, Ruth Alice Hayes and David Dean Hayes; her grandchildren, Angela Sue McCarter, Jennifer Lee Hayes-Wagaman and Donald Patrick McCarter; and her siblings, Ruth Griffin, Margaret Turney, Carl M. Graham Jr. and Kenneth D. Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Ruthie, Sue Ann Ferrell (Joe) of Fortville, Michael "Don" Hayes (Rebecca) of Fortville and Timothy Joe Hayes (Toni) of Converse, Indiana..
In light of the pandemic, a memorial service will not be held and a private family burial will take place at a later date.
