We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2022, at the age of 63, Kathy Harter (Greenfield, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Patty Sue Schuck. She is survived by: her father Norman G. Schuck; her son Eric Harter (Jill); her grandsons, Evan and Landon Harter; her sisters, Kim Parker and Beth Jett; her nieces, Chelsey Neisler and Ellie Parker; and her close friend Debbie Arnold.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center, 801 N State St, Greenfield, IN 46140 and the Mt. Vernon Athletic Department, 8112 N 200 W, Fortville, IN 46040 or envelopes will be available at the mortuary.

“I had the honor of working with Kathy at Hancock Regional to create a painting that I turned into custom fabric for her head wrap. She came with her friend Sharon. We learned that we shared a dear friend in common and became fast friends. We had a lot of laughs together and she always spoke fondly of her family, especially her grandsons. My sincere condolences to her family and friends. May she Rest In Peace now and be free of pain.”
