She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sr. Leturgez and Mildred Leturgez (Decker); her husband James E. Ballard Sr.; and her brother Louis "Butch" Leturgez. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Hood (Diane) of Greenfield and Chad Hood (LeDonna) of Greenfield; her brother Joe Leturgez of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Dakota A. Hood, Chelsie S. Wise, Hunter A. Hood and Colton L. Hood. She is also survived by six great-great grandchildren.
