It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Howard Petry (Greenfield, Indiana), who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Cornelius Howard; her husband Quentin Petry; her sons, Dahl Petry, Lowell Petry, Gary Petry and Harold Petry; her grandchildren, Stephen Petry and Heather Petry; and her siblings, Kip, Bill, Arnold, Archie Howard and Willa Carrender.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen DeRenard (Robert), Janis Blessinger (Roy), Evelyn Sammons (Wayne) and Elaine Steele (Philip); her daughters-in-law, Kay Petry and Elizabeth Petry; her grandchildren, Warren Petry, Scott Petry, Brad Petry, John DeRenard, Roy M. Blessinger, Eric Sammons, Troy Sammons, Gabriel Petry, Alexander Petry, Q. Elliott Petry, Diane Cameron, April Keffeber and Susan Spaeth; and her siblings, Sue Reeves and Manuel Howard. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren.
