He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Apple and Ruth Apple; and his brother Tommie W. Apple. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Apple; his children, John A. Apple (Cheryl) and Jeffrey T. Apple (Susan); his grandchildren, Juliann M. Apple, Jennifer L. Apple and Jason T. Apple; his sister Suzanne Smith; his sister-in-law Diane Apple; and his nieces and nephews, Bryan Smith, Mike Smith, Tim Smith, Darlene Apple and Christy Stephenson.
