Meeks (Shook); her grandparents, Billy Wayne Meeks, Sr., Jeanette Faye Meeks (Nelson), David Franklin Shook and Norma Marie Jewel Shook; her aunts, Vicki Lynn McCracken (Shook) and Alanna Marie Patrick (Shook); and her uncle David Michael Shook.
She is survived by: her pet Walter; her half-brothers, Terry Wayne Meeks, II (Yordana) of Greenwood, Johnathon Wayne Meeks of Greenwood and Billy Wayne Meeks II of Indianapolis; her aunt Debbie Hurst (Meeks) of Greenfield; her cousins, Nate, Katie Hurst of Kennard, Lydia and Evelyn; and her close friend Jenna Jester of Greenfield. She is also survived by 4 nephews.
