He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine O'Neill (Kinney) and David O'Neill; and his sister Marian Henry. He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Neill (Spaulding) of Greenfield; his children, Patrick O'Neill of Indianapolis, Kathleen Reger (Mark) of Wilkinson, Michael O'Neill (Becky) of Shirley and Ann Schlosser (Bill) of Indianapolis; his granddaughters, Amanda Galbraith (Sam) of Greenfield, Samantha Hoopingarner (Ryan) of Anderson, Elizabeth Whitlow (William) of Indianapolis and Emily Reger of Indianapolis; his great grandchildren, Maryn, Noah, Carter and Emryn; and his siblings, Linda Schwarz of Greenwood and Tom O'Neill (Haila) of Greenfield.
