He is survived by: his children, April (Kenny), Cissy (Tim), Jerry Jr. (Angela), Josh (Elizabeth) and Linda (Brian); his wife Linda Petrey; and his sister Debra. He is also survived by five children, 17 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
