He was predeceased by: his father Kirby Blevins; and his wife Carolyn Sue Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Cyndi Huff of Greenfield, Jerry Blevins (Tonya) of Greenwood, Linda McIntosh of Indianapolis, Lisa (Richard), Georgia, Carolyn Huff (George) of Cloverdale and Melissa Tennant (John) of Greenfield. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
