She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest R. Jacobs and Ruth Jacobs Thacker (Butler); her stepfather Joseph Thacker; and her siblings, Robert Jacobs and Anita Troup.
She is survived by: her children, James Westcott of Greenfield, Michael Westcott of Greenfield, Patricia Hunter (Steve) of Silver City and Susan Apple (Jeff) of Greenfield; and her grandchildren, Andrea Jones, Nicole Mann (Adam), Joseph Hunter (Brandy), Jennifer Apple, Dakota Koontz and Jason Apple (Caly Grogan). She is also survived by three step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
