She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Jones and Jean Jones (Huber); her former husband James W. Riggs; her husband Stephen Plunkett; her daughter Rebecca Tatman; and her granddaughter Lillian Plunkett.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Owens (Scott) of Alexandria, Jennifer Tungate (Brandon) of Franklin and Jimmy Riggs of Shelbyville; her stepchildren, Tim Plunkett (Jenna) of Greenfield and Amanda Yockey (DeWayne) of Morristown; her son-in-law Mo Tatman of Indianapolis; her siblings, Jimmie Jones (Rosanne) of Shelbyville and Carol Graves (Jones) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Savannah Owens, Boston Owens, Noah Tatman, Ethan Tatman, Isabel Tatman, Silas Tungate, Foster Tungate, Walden Tungate, Witten Tungate, Adylynn Riggs, Samantha Riggs, Paige Riggs, Samantha Yockey, Madaline Yockey, Grayson Plunkett and Alyse Plunkett; and her pets, Queen and Itty Bitty.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel (819 S Harrison St, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
