He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Skaggs and Myrtle Skaggs (Mitchell); his son Anthony Skaggs; and his great grandchild Maddilynn Rutledge. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Skaggs (Gray); his daughters, Catherine Petzold and Carrie Skaggs; his grandchildren, Logan McNally, Paul McNally (Courtney) and Rebecca Rutledge; his great grandchildren, Samantha and Gabriel; and his sister Linda Tomlinson (Donnie).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
