He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Levesque and Vela Levesque (Thompson); his wife Carol Levesque (Borkenhagen); and his sister Bobbi Ruth Post. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Kingery (Mark), Barbara Ennis, Lois Kingery (Fred) and Genny Crabtree.
