He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hays (Kevin) of Bloomington, Indiana, John Bohman (Shrina) and Brian Bohman (Alexandra) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his siblings, Joann Hazelwood, Susie Kirschner (Arnie) of Batesville, Cheryl Parmer of Enochsburg, Richard Bohman (Paula) of Hamburg, Kenneth Bohman (Kathy) of Batesville and Steve Bohman of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Elise and Owen Hays.
